PCM Associations have a choice of several banks all locally operated.

Every association is required to adopt an annual budget. PCM works with the Board to develop an annual budget based on your current expenses. Once the proposed budget is prepared, PCM will send out a 14 day notice to association members with the budget adoption date, time and location.

PCM believes that communication and education are the key to successful association management. Some ways that we promote communication are: posting announcements on the owner portal, sending out mass emails to the membership, and providing surveys to owners.
