SERVICES PROVIDED BY PROGRESSIVE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
The administrative team will provide the Board and residents the day to day guidance that is needed. This includes preparation and mailing of notices and 24 hour emergency services.
The accounting team will provide the Board with monthly financial statements that include detailed reports and bank statements so that the Board can ensure the financial health of your association.
Your association will be assigned a licensed Community Association Manager to guide the Board of Directors and be a liaison between the Board, owners and the association’s vendors.
