Below are all the ways you can make your association payment.
Pay online with your Association’s bank: To pay directly to your association’s bank, please choose the correct bank that your association uses. If you need assistance with choosing the correct bank, please contact us at : 941-921-5393. Choose your association bank from the following list:
Pay using a credit card or debit card: To pay with a credit card or debit card, please visit your portal so that you can view your account history and make your association payment. You may also use this feature to pay for special assessments. Click here to access your portal. If you need to register for the portal click here.
ACH – Pay with automatic withdraw from your checking account: If you would like to set up your payment to be auto debited via the association bank, please use the insert located in your coupon book or contact our office for the appropriate form. The completed form should be sent directly to the bank.
Pay using bill pay service provided by your personal bank: You can log into your own personal bank and pay using your bill pay service. Please be sure to send your payments to the payment address located on your coupon. Please also include your account number so the bank can apply your payment correctly. Please do not send payment to the PCM office.
Pay with a check: Once you receive your coupon book, you can mail a check, along with the coupon, to the PO Box listed in your coupon book. If you do not include the coupon, the bank will not be able to process your check. Please do not send your payment to the PCM office.
