William Sutton, Chief Executive Officer. 

As the CEO of Progressive Community Management Inc. (PCM), Mr. Sutton's responsibilities include the active marketing and growth of the company as well as maintaining a working relationship between PCM and the associations it represents.  He is active in the day-to-day operations overseeing the association managers and staff consisting of 140 personnel. 

Mr. Sutton's experience as a successful business owner adds a unique perspective and ability to understand a property's needs. His first-hand knowledge has given him excellent insight in dealing with association boards and their responsibilities.  Mr. Sutton carries the LCAM - the Florida Community Association Manager license.  His other duties are to act as association liaison with various legal counsels, and he is active in providing guidance to association boards to help them understand their fiduciary responsibilities for the running of their business. 

Mr. Sutton is also the President of William Sutton & Associates, which acts as a receivership company under court order, and Florida 1 Realty to facilitate the real estate transactions for numerous banks. William Sutton was the 2010 President of the West Florida Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI) and was the host of "Community Living" on Blab TV, a public information channel, which he hosted for four years, on Comcast Television in Sarasota.
